One-to-One Ink & Watercolour Workshops

Work alongside artist Robyn Caley for a fun and relaxed tuition session at The Arc, Bedford. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll go home with a unique piece of art — perfect as a thoughtful gift or a keepsake for yourself.

Choose from 2, 3 or 4 hours.

2-Hour Session: Focus on drawing. Drawing your home or a building you love, in pencil and ink pen. Learn how to translate a photograph onto A5 paper to create a realistic drawing of the front elevation of a building. If there's time, exploring colour washes to add colour to your drawing.

2-Hour Session: Focus on painting. Painting an A5 ink pen drawing of a building (provided) using watercolours. Learn watercolour techniques and colour mixing, and go home with a lovely building portrait.

3-Hour Session: A focussed session taking you through drawing and painting techniques to create your own A5 ink and watercolour portrait of a favourite building from start to finish.

4-Hour Session: A relaxed session allowing more time to draw and paint your own building portrait without rushing, learning about drawing techniques as well as watercolour techniques and colour mixing. Create your own A5 ink and watercolour portrait of a favourite building from start to finish.
